Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the return is due to a fault or an error on our part. Delivery charges from the original order are not refundable.

For valuable items, we strongly recommend using a tracked or insured shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking confirmation.
